Life at WeAreLiving
What is included in my rent?
At WeAreLiving your rent includes your apartment, access to our variety of communal spaces and professional property management by our dedicated on-site team. There are optional extras you can opt into, such as cleaning or parking.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets and they are part of our community! There may be some specific restrictions or conditions on some pets, please chat to us.
What type of amenities do you offer?
Our amenities are here to make your everyday more enjoyable. They span coworking hubs, fitness studios, wellness zones, social lounges (our ‘Living Rooms’), community spaces and in some locations, a private dining room.
Is parking available?
Car parking is available at all of our locations, for you and your visitors, subject to availability.
Do you host community events?
Our on-site team love getting our residents together! We organise regular events such as social mixers, wellness sessions, and workshops. Do you have an idea for an event? Great! We love residents creating events and clubs, book groups, meditation circles…chat to our team.
Leasing and Applications
How do I apply for an apartment?
Applications are submitted online via our simple six-step process, designed to take the stress out of moving.
What documents do I need to apply?
When you apply for a WeAreLiving apartment, you’ll need proof of income, identification and references. Applications can be processed within 48 hours if all documents are submitted upfront.
Can I tour an apartment before applying?
You can book a private one-on-one tour of available apartments at a time that suits you, with our on-site team. They’ll also take you through our communal spaces so you get a great picture of life at WeAreLiving.
Do you offer flexible leases?
Yes! WeAreLiving is renting designed for you. We offer both mid-term and long-term lease options to suit your needs.
Can I choose my apartment?
We can show you a selection of available apartments for you to select the one that best suits your needs. Of course, this is subject to availability!
Moving In
What support do you offer during the move-in process?
We’re here to make moving simple. Our team will schedule your move on a day and at a time that suits you, and also help with recommending removalists and cleaners. Once you’re moved in, they’ll call by within 24-hours to check how you’re settling in and make any adjustments you might need.
When can I move in?
Move-in dates and times are flexible to suit you, and arranged by our team once your application is approved.
Living Experience
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Maintenance requests are submitted through our resident app.
Do you offer cleaning services?
Optional cleaning services are available, and can be booked through our on-site team or the resident app.
What if I have an emergency?
We hope that never happens. However, a 24/7 emergency contact is available and contact information is provided during onboarding.
Sustainability
What sustainability initiatives do you have?
We care about our planet and have a number of sustainability initiatives including eco-friendly building designs, recycled furniture, recycling facilities, green spaces, and partnerships with sustainability organisations.
How do you support the local community?
At WeAreLiving we partner with local businesses, organisations and cultural institutions to foster connections and support. We strive to be a valuable member of our community, contributing purposefully to the cultural fabric of our local neighbourhoods. Each of our buildings have their own community connections and we’re always open to suggestions.
Renewals and Moving Out
How does the renewal process work?
Well before your lease expires, we’ll contact you to work through your options – maybe you want to stay on, or even upgrade to a bigger apartment. We’re here to help.
What happens when I move out?
Our team will inspect your apartment when you have vacated and then manage the processing and return of your security deposit.
Can I leave feedback about my experience?
We love feedback, as it makes us better! Provide feedback through our resident app or chat directly to our team.
